Routine Microbiological Analyses*

  • Aerobic (Standard) Plate Count
  • Aerobic Plate Count with Yeast and Mold
  • Anaerobic Plate Count
  • Yeast and Mold Count
  • Coliform (MPN)
  • Coliform (Plate Count)
  • E. coli Screen
  • E. coli Confirmation (API)
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa Screen
  • Salmonella Screen
  • Salmonella Confirmation (API)
  • Staphylococcus aureus (presumptive)
  • Coagulase Positive Staphylococcus

Microbiological Analyses – Water

  • Total Heterotrophic Count – Plate Count
  • Total Heterotrophic Count – Membrane Filtration
  • Total Coliform – Membrane Filtration
     (There will be an additional charge if suspect growth occurs.)
  • Total Coliform – MPN
     (There will be an additional charge if suspect growth occurs.)
  • Fecal Coliform – MPN (includes total coliform)

Chemical and Physical Tests – Water

  • Purified Water Monograph – USP
    • Includes conductivity and total organic carbon (TOC).
  • Total Organic Carbon (TOC)
  • Particulate Matter (2 to 100 microns) – Light Obscuration Method
  • LAL – Bacterial Endotoxins Test – Kinetic chromogenic or Turbidimetric

Purified Water System Validation Projects and Sampling Supplies
